WHEREAS, the n.'aheim City Planni.ng Commission in Resolution No. PC71-6 dated
January 11, 1971, granted Variance No. 2227 to establish mobile home sales with
waiver of the required six-foot block wall, sub~ect to conditions; and
WHEItEAS, none of the conditions have been met; and
WHEItEAS, the petitioaer has submitted a request for termination of Variance
No. 2227 stating that the property was being sold for another use; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission on .Tanuary 8, 1973, granted Conditional
Use Permit No. 1363 to establish a beer bar on property covered in Variance No.
2227.
NOW, T1iGREFORE, BE 7T RESOLVED that the Anahein City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings on Variance No. 222~ on the basis of the foregoing
findings•
