SECTI(1N 18.62.090(B-1Z - Distance between free-standing signs. (300 feet ' minimum distance between free-standing signs on the same property required; 290 feat minimum distance between free-standing signs existing and proposed) c. SECTION 18.62.090(b-5) - Location of free-standing si~;ns. (Within center 20% of property required; outer 6% o~ property proposed) 2, That the peCitioner propoaes to retain two existing 74 sq~iare foot free-standing sign. 3. ThaC Waivers la and lb, above mentioned, are hereby denied on the basis thaC the Sign Ordinance provides adequately for signing on subject psoperty and the petikioner can achieve proper identification with facia aigns in addition to~one free-standing sign. 4.
