A RESOLUTION GF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEtM
THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE NO. 2484 BE GRANTED
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance
from GEURGE C. PAGE, 730 Sarbonne Road, Los Angeles, California 90024, Owner; PH7iLLIS J.
DUNCAN, 230 Broadview, Anaheim, California 92804, Agent of certain real property situated
in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as a 60 foot by
100 foot portion of AP 83-751-11 beginning 100 feet from the northwest corner of the parcel
and exCending 100 feet east, 60 feet south, 100 feet west and 60 feet north of The East half
of the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter oP the northeast quarter of Section 26,
Towaship 4 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana, as per map re-
corded in boo}c 51, page LO of MiscellAneous Maps in the office of the county recorder oE
said county

WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission did hold a publlc heering at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim
on March 19, 1973 et 2:U0 o'clock P.M., notice of seid public heering having been duly given es requiced
by law and in eccocdence with the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68,to hearand consider
evidence tor end ageinst seid proposed veriance end to investigete and meke findings end recommendations in connec-
tlon therewith; and
WHEREAS, seid Commissinn, aEter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behalf,
and aEter due consideration of all evidence end reports offered et seid hearing, does tind end determine the Eollawing
