(2) That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved plans on file v~ith the affice of the Director of Public Works. (3) ?het fire hydrants shall ba ins~talled and charged as required and determined to be recessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prior to commenoement of structural framing. (4) That a11 air oonditioning faoilities sha11 be propex•ly shielded from view, and +Y:e suund buffered from adjaoent properties. (5) That appropriate water asses~•ment fees, as determined by the Dix~eotor of Yublic IItilities, sha7.1 be paid to the City of Aneheim prior to the issuanae of a building permit.
