PC 73-72~ RESOLUTION NO PC73-72 a ~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNIfdG COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETiTJUN FOR VARIANCE N0. 2494 AE GRAN'TED WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Vedance from GUISEPPE NOTARO, 202 Echo Avenue, Anaheim, California 92801, Owner of certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as The West 100 feetof ttie East 448 feet of the North 260 feet of Che Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 13, Yn Townahip 4 South, Range 11 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian; EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 66 feet as granted to the State of California for highway purposes by deed recorded July 13, 1955, in book 313b, page 249, Official Records ; end WHEREAS, the City Plannmg Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on April 16, 1973, at 2:00 o'clock P.M., notice oE seid public hearing heving been duly given as requiced by law and in eccordance with the provisions oE the Aneheim Municipal Code, Chepter 18.68,to hear and consider evidence Eor end against seid proposed varience ond to investigate er.d make fiudings and recommendations in connec- tion therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commisslon, efter due inspection, investigation, and study mede by itself end in its behelf, and aEter due consideratlon of all evidence and reports offeced et sald hearing, does Eind and determine the following Eacts: ~ 1.
