PC73-92 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COM~SISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT PETITION FOR VARIANCE N0. 2503 BE GRANTED WHEF:EAS, the City Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim did receive a verified Petition for Variance Erom LOETTA SUE MANLEY (JEANSON), 1114 Chaucer Street, Anaheim, California 92806, Owner; RAYMOND H. JEANSON, 1114 Chaucer Stre~t•, Anaheim, California 92806, Agent of certain real proFerty situated in the City af Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, described as Lot 31 of Tract Na. 6531, as per map recorded in Book 242, pages 10 and 11, of Miscel- laneous Maps, in the otfice of the Recorder of said Orange County . ; and WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on May 14, 1973, at 2:U0 o'clock F.M., notice of seid public heacing having been duly given as required by law and in accordenae viith the pcovisions ~f the Anaheim Municipal Code, Chapter 18.68,to hear end consider evidence Eor end ugainst'seid proposed veriance end to ir:vestigete and meke findings and recommendstions in couneo- tion therewith; and " WHEREAS, said :Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, end ~tudy made by itself end in its behelf, and after due consideiation of all evidence end repocts offered at said hearing, doec find and determine the follnwing facts: • . 1. That the'petitionec requests a variance from the Anaheim Municipel Code: SECTION 18.26.050 3 - Covera~e and Oaen Space requirements. ~(35% maximum lot coverage allowed; 44.5/ coverage proposed) 2. That thece are exceptional or extraocdinery circumstences or conditions appliceble to the property involved or to the intended use of the property that do not apply generally to the property or clasa oE use in the same vicinity and zone. ~ 3. Thet the requested variance is necessary for the pceservation and e~ijoyment of e substantial pcoperty right possessed by other pcopecty in the seme vicinity and zone, and denied to the propecty in auestion. 4. That the requested variance will not be met¢rially deirimental to the public welfaze or injurious to the p~op- erty or impcovements in such vicinity and zone in whic;i the property is loceted. iNVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Planning Commission, in connection with,an Exemption Declaration Status request, finds and determi:tes that the pxoposal would have .o significant environmental impact and, therefore, recommends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Statement is neces- sary.
