ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Planning Commission, in connection with an Exemption Declaration Status request, finds and determines that the pr•oposal would have no significant environmental impact and, therefore, rec~mmends to the City Council that no Environmental Impact Statement is necessary. R-A -1~ ~ ~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Co~ci.~rzion does ' hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that subject Petition for Rec~assification be approved and, by so d~ing, that Title 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Muni- cipai Code be amended ~to exclude the above described property from the R-A, AGRICULTURAL, ZOt1E and to incorp~rate said described property into the C-1, GEPIERAL ^.Ot~AfEkCIAL, ZONE, upon the following conditions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequiai.te to the proposed use of subject property in order to preservc the safety and general ~:elfare of the Citizene of the City of Anaheim: (lj That the sidewalks and drivewsys shall be installed along,Brookhu:st Street a~ required by the City Engir~cer and in accordance with standard plans and specifications on file in the office of t'ee City Engineer.
