RESOLUTION NO. 71R-1S9
A RESOLUTION OF THE CrTY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO.
68R-219 IN RECLASSIFICATION PROCEEDINGS
NO. 67-68-62.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the Ci.ty of Anaheim did,
heretofore to wit, on the 30th day of April, 1968, adopt Resolu-
tion No. 68R-219 in Rec1assificatiqn Proceedings No. 67-68-62
finding and determining that the property and' area therein
described be excluded from R-I, ONE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL ZONE,
and incorporated in C-Q, COMMERCIAL OFFICE ZONE, subject to
certain conditions described therein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds '~at since Resolution
No. 68R-2l9 was adopted, it would be appropriate and in the best
interes.ts of the City to amend said Resoluti.on by. amending the
description of the property described therein to exclude Lots 4
through 10 in Tract No. 3326; by deleting therefrom all reference
to Conditions Nos. 3 and 4 and by adding the following condition:
IIThat prior to the introduction of an ordinance for rezoning,
the owners of subject property shall make application for
and rece~ve approval of a Variance on Lot 11 to waive the
minimum site area req~irements for a parcel in the C-O,
Commercial-Office Zone."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by. the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Resolution No. 68R-219 be, and the same
is he.reby amended. by amending the description of the property
described the.rein to exclude Lots 4 throuqh 10 in Tract 3326;
by deleting therefrom all reference to Conditions Nos. 3 and 4
and by adding the following condition:
"That. prior 'to the introduction of an ordinance for rezoning,
the owners of subject property shall make. application for
and receive approval of a Variance on Lot 11 to waive tne
minLmum site area requirements for a parcel in the C-O,
Commercial-Office Zone."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. in all other respects said
Resolution No. 68R-219 be and remain in full force and effect.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of May, 1971.
