A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM ESTABLISHING
CLASSIFICATION AND RATE OF
COMPENSATION FOR CLASSIFICATION
ASSIGNED TO THE INTERNATIONAL
BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS,
LOCAL 47
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Director has recommended in a staff report
dated December 21, 2021, that a new job classification be established in the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, effective the pay period beginning December 24,
2021; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does find that the creation
of the new classification and assignment to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers,
Local 47, is in the best interest of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows:
SECTION 1,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that effective December 24, 2021, the basic compensation plan for all employees of the
City of Anaheim who are now employed or will in the future be employed in the classification
listed below shall be allocated to the following salary schedule:

SECTION 2.
Salary Rani-,e Salary Relationship
$60.73 117% x Utilities Generation
Technician
Except as amended herein, classifications assigned to the International
Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47 unit, shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3.
The effective date of said amendment to classifications assigned to the
International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local 47, as amended, is December 24, 2021.
SECTION 4.
The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Anaheim this 21 day of December , 2021 by the following roll
call vote:
AYES: Mayor Pro Tem Faessel and Council Members Diaz,
Ma'ae, Valencia and O'Neil
