WHEREAS, after a request for variance by ALBERT S.
TOUSSAU, OWNER; PONDEROSA HOMES, AGENT, was received, a public
hearing before the Planning Comnlission of the City of Anaheim
was held upon Que and proper notice as a result of which Variance
clo. 2241 was denied covering L~e fOllowing described property;
All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange, City of Anaheim, described as follows:"
That portion of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section 13, Township 4 South, Range 10 West
in the Rancilo San Juan Cajon de Santa Ana shown as Parcel
"A:' and ~.e .8ast 20 feet of Sunkist Street adjoining said
Parcel :'.A;; on the flilap filad in Book 22, page 20 of Parcel
~aps in c.e Office of tile County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
~fEREAS, thereafter witain the time prescribed by law
an interested party or the City Council on its OWn motion caused
the review of said Planning Cmnmission action at a public hearing
noticed and held as prescribed by law and as a result thereof the
City Council does hereby make the following findings:
1. There is no substantial property right possessed by
other property in ~le s~ue vicinity and zone and
denied the subject property.
2. It appears that the subject property can be adequately
developed and used under the present zone.
NOW, :PHEREFORE, ~E IT RESQLVED by the City Council of
the Ci ty of Anaheim that said Variance be and the same is hereby
denied.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of May, 1971.
