RESOLUTION NO. 71R-185
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM EST~LISHING A STREE'f TREE PROGRAM
AND ESTABLISHING FEES FOR LANDSCAPING. (Santa
Alla Canyon Area)
WHEREAS, the Anaheil1\ City Planning Commission adopted
and recommended to the City Council of the City of Anaheim on
the 3rd day of May 1971 that the City of Anaheim adopt a Master
Plan of Street ':J.1rees for th.e Santa Ana Canyon Area.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it is in the best
interests of the City to adopt such a Master Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it adopt and it does hereby adopt a
Master Plan of Street Trees for the Santa Ana Canyon Area as
recommended by the Planning Commission and on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 18th day of May, 1971.
