RESOLUTION NO. 71R- 184
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH FRANK D. BEARDSLEY TO
CONDUCT A 66 KV SYSTEM STUDY AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREE-
MENT.
WHEREAS, City owns and operates an electrical distri-
bution system; and
WHEREAS, City desires to have a review of its practices
in order to obtain optimum relay protection on its sixty-six (66)
XV system; and
WHEREAS, Engineer has submitted a proposal under letter
dated March 2, 1971; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of City believes it is in the
best inte.rest of City to have said study made by Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that an agreement providing for consulting
services of Frank D. Beardsley be, and the same is hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are hereby authorize to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 4th day of May , 19. 71 .
