A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

COMP~~Y Al~D THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RELATING TO THE
LEWIS STREET UNDERPASS.
WriEP~AS, heretofore The Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe
Railway Company has submitted to the City of Anaheim an agree-
ment concerning itself with the construction of the underpass
at Lewis Streetj and
~lEREAS, the City Council, after consultation with its
staff, finds that said agreement is satisfactory in all respectsi
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interests of the City to
enter into such an agreement with The Atchison, Topeka and
Santa Fe Railway Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it authorize and direct and it does
hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
on behalf of the City that certain agreement between The Atchison,
Topeka and Santa Fe Railway Company and the City of Anaheim
relating to the construction of the Lewis Street underpass.
