A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINATING ALL PRQCEEDINGS OF VARIANCE N0. 1751
WHEREAS, the Planning Commtssion ori January 3, 1966, granted Variance
No. 1751 tn Resolutton No. 1890, Series 1965-66, to permit development of
three residences having access on a private drive on property consisting
of approximately 0.7 acre having a frontage of approximately lil feet on
the east side of Western Avenue and located approximately 540 feet north
of the centerline of Ball Road; and
WHEREAS, the applicants have submitted a written request to terminate
Variance No. 1751 stnce the property is being sold and the new owners are
planning one (1) single-family dwelling on subJect property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahetm City Planning Commission
does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No, 1751 on the basis of
the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 6th day of
January, 1975.
