A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OG THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM RESCINDIMG RESOLUTION N0. PC74-243
:JHEREAS, on December 23, 1974, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution
No. PC74-243 recormnending to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that
General Plan Amendment No. 135 be approved amending the Circulation Element
of the General Plan thereto; and
WHEREAS, in making the aforementioned recommendations, the Planning
Commission inadvertently failed to take action regarding the Environmental
Impact Report Status for General Plan Amendment No. 135,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Planning Commission does
hereby rescind its Resolution No. PC74-243 on the basis of tlie foregoing
`indings (see Resolution No. PC75-15 which replaces Resolution No. PC74-243).
