PC75-142 A RESOLUTION OF :HE ~itAAEIit CITY PLANTtING C0~41ISSION TER*fINATING ALL PROCEEDI1dGS OF VARIAT7C~ N0. 2472. iJ1iF.REA~, on January 22, 197~, the Planning Commission granted Variance No. 2472 in Resolution No. PC72-21, Co establish a beauty salon and wig shop in an existing residential structure, on property located at the southeast corner of Alomar Avenue and Euclid Street, further described as 7~~ South Euclid Street; and • Wf~REAS, on May 28, 1975, a publio heari.ng was held at whioh Varianoe No. 2703 was grantud by the Plenning Co~iss3on to permit a printing ~hop on the subjeot propertg; and WIiEREAS, on 4lay 28, 1975, as a condition to the granting of the new use of the sub~ect property, the petitioner stipulated to terminating the previously gfanted Variance No. 2472, and h~s subsequently subm~tted a written request for said termination. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2472 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
