RESOLUTION NO. 71R-174
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN CONNECTION
WITH VARIANCE NO. 1671 AND DECLARING RESOLUTION
NO. 65R-l1 NULL AND VOID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Variance No. 1671 on the 5th day
of January, 1965, by Resolution No. 65R-11; and
WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission, pursuant to Resolution No.
PC71-71, recommended te~ination of Variance No. 1671 on the basis that the new
owners of the property have requested te~ination since it is not their intent
to exercise the privilege granted under said Variance No. 1671; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs in the action taken by the
Planning C~ssion in terminating Variance No. 1671 on the basis of the findings
made by the Planning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that Variance No. 1671 be tenninated and all proceedings and resolutions
be null and void.
