RESOLUTION NO. 71R-173
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEED;"
INGS IN CONNECTION WITH RECLASSIFICATION
NO. 64-65-57.
WHEREAS, heretofore, to wit, on the 5th day of January, 1965,
the City Council did adopt Resolution No. 65R-10 in Reclassification Proceedings
No. 64-65-57, finding and determining that the property and area therein described
should be changed from R-A, RESIDENTIAL-AGRICULTURAL ZONE, to R-3, MULTIPLE-FAMILY
ZONE, subject to certain conditions set forth in said resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council does find and determine that the owners
of the property do not intend to exercise the privilege granted for multiple
family residential purposes, but plan to develop a different use approved under
Conditional Use Pe~it No. 1231.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that all proceedings in connection with application 64-65-57 for a change
of zone be, and the same are hereby terminated, and that Resolution No. 65R-lO be,
and the same is hereby declared to be null and void from and after this date.
