A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COt~L*SISSION D~LETING
CO:IDITION N0. 6 OF RF.S~LUTION N0. PC69-173 ADOPTED IN CONt~IECTI017
WITH COI3llITI0NAT. US~ PERMIT N0. 1130, SAID CONDITIO?d PERTAI4III~G
TO ESTABLISI~~NT OF A PARKWAY MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, on Aiigust 11, 1969, the Anaheim City planning Commission granted
Conditional Use Permit Nn. 1130 in RESOlution No. PC69-173~ to expand an existing
medical center with waiver of maximum building height on property located on the
south side of Romneya Dr:Lve, west of Euclid Street, sub~ect to conditions; and
WHEREAS, Condition No. 6 of said Resolution No. PC69-173 states: ~~That a
parkcray maintenance assessment district to provide for perpetual maintenance of the
median planter proposed in Romneya Drive shall be established in accordance with
Council Policy No. 532"; and
WNERSAS, the Director of the Public "vlorks Department has requested
deletion of the aforemen.tioned Condition No. 6 on the basis that Romneya Drive is
being developed as a fowr-lane, secondary-type arterial street, and the City's
current policy is to ma9.ntain all arterial streets and highways; and
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission did hold a public hearing at
the City Hall in the City of Anaheim on July 21, 1975, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said
public hearing having been duly given as reauired by law and in accordance with the
provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Code, CFiapter 18.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and against said proposal and tu investigate and make findings and
recormnendations in connection therewith; and
WIiEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation, and study
made by itself and in its behal£P and after due consideration of all evidence and
reports offered at said hearing, DOES HF.REBY FIND that said Condition No. 6 is no
longer necessary.
NOW, TH~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Ana.heim City Planning Commission
does hereby delete Condition No. 6 from ReP~lution No. PC69-173 on the basis of the
foregoing findings.
THE FOR~GOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 21st day of
July, 1975.
