That the petitioner re:~uests the followiriR waivers fran the Anaheim Mtinicipal Cale, to construct a 304-unit apartment canplex: (a) SECI'ICmi 18.34. (162.032 - Mirvnnvn floor area. (700 square feet req'w ;ed 49Ft square feet proposc~cl) (b} SECPI~3N 18.34.066.030 - R~7uired enclosure of carports. (open carports ~ir.oposecl) 2. That Waiver 1-a, above~ntionecl, is hereby granted for a minimiun floor area of 496 square feet, as proposed, on the basis that the Planning Carmission has previously granted said waiver for efficiency (bachelor) ty~e units, not to exceecl 25~ of. the total niant~s of apartrr~ent units. 3. That Waiver 1-b, above-mentioned, is hereby granted to pernut 304 open carport spaces to allow for visibility through said caL-ports; and on the basis that the Planning Cam~i.ssion has previously approved such carports having ~x-+rtia). enclosures; subject to the condition that the required 100 cubic feet o£ general storage • area be prwided acljacent t~o each of the respective apartinent units, si.nce the 304 carport spaces will have on].y partial wa].ls. ~ 4.
