A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM THAT
PETITION FOR RECLASSIFICATION N0. 74'~S'~~ HE APPROVED
WHEREAS, the City Plenning Commission of the City of Anaheim did i n i t i ate a ve r i f i ed Pet i t i on for
Reclassification on certain real property situated in the County of Orange, State of
California, as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and referred to harein as though
set forth in full

WHEREAS, the City Plennin~ Commission did hold ~ public hearing at the City Hell in the City of Anaheim on
January 20, 1975, at 1:30 o'clock P.M. notice of said public heering heving been duly given as required by
1aw and in accordance with the provision~ of the Aneheim Municipel Code, Chepter 18.03,to heer end consider evidence
for end ageinst seid proposed reclassificetion and to investigate and make findirbs and recommendettons in connection
therewith; end
WHEREAS, seid Commission, after due inspection, investigetion, and study made by itselE end in its behalf, end
efter due consideration of all evidence and repocts offered at said hearing, does find and determine the following facts:
1. Thetthe City Planniny Commission proposes a reclassification of the above-described
pro~erty from the COUNTY OF ORANGE Al (GENERAL AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT to the CITY OF ANAHEIM
ML (INDUSTRIAL, LIMITED) ZONE.
2. That the pro posed reclassification is in conformance with the land use designation
of the Anaheim General Plan.
3. Thet the pcoposed reclessificetion of r.ubject property is necessery and/or desiwble for the orderly end pro-
per developnent of the community.
4. That the proposed reclassification of subject property does properly relate to the zones and their permitted
uses locelly established in close proximity to subject pcoperty and to the zones end their pecnitted uses generally esieb-
lished thcoughout the community.
5. That the proposed reclassification of subject property requir.es the dedication and
improvement of abutting streets and/or alleys in accordanr,e with the Circulation Elem~nt of
the 6eneral Plan, due to the anticipated increase in traffic which will be generated by the
intensification of land use.
6, That no one indicated their presence at said public hearing in opposition and no
correspondence was received in opposition to subject petition,

That the Planning Commission recommends to the City Council that 'the subject project be
e;cempt from the requirement to prepare an Environmental I!.*,aact Report pursuant to the
provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act,
