public hearing haviny been dul.y given as required by law ancl in accorciance w-ith the
provisions of the Anahe9m Munici~al Code, Chaptex' 18.03, to hear and consider
evidence for and aqainst said proposed wnditional us~ ~nd tc~ investigate and make
findings and re:anmenc7-3tions in connection thereu~ith; azd

by itself arci in its beha.lf, anci af•ter due consideration of all evidencs ancl renorts
offered at said hearing, does find and detesmine the foll.aai.ng facts:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for which a wncl=.tional use

the detriment of existing iuulustrial uses and future develogrnnt of saic? ax^s; and,
