A RESOLu'rIa~~ OF 'rIlE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ACCEPTI!lG AN ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED
AND RECONVEYANCE Ai\1U AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
THEREFOR.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore authorized the purchase of certain property at the
corner of Clementine and Elm Streets; and
~.yHEREAS, after Court confirmation of said sale, the Ci ty
is in receipt of an Administrator's Deed and Reconveyance and has
determined that it is in the ~est interests of the City to accept
said Deed and Reconveyance and to pay the sum of $10,000.00
therefor as the reasonable value of the land involved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that it accept and it does hereby accept that
certain Aurninistrator' s Deed and TIeconveyance to the following
described property:
That certain real property situated in the City of Anaheim,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 12 of the Estate of >lary Strobel in the City of Anaheim.,
County of Orange, State of California, as per map recorded
in ilook 3, pages 76 and 77 of Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County, California.
SUBJECT to covenants, conditions, reservations, restric-
tions, easements and rights of way of record.
BE Irl,' FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and she
is hereby ordered to cause said Administrator's Deed and Recon--
veyance to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of
Orange County.
AND HE IT !i'URTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance
be and he is hereby directed to draw City of Anaheim warrants
payable to the following persons or corporations in the following
amounts:
Anaheim Savings and Loan Association
Security Title Insurance Company
$ 289.70
79.90
Lacy Benze, as Administrator of the
Estate of Frankie D. Carroll
9,630.40
and that said warrants be delivered to the office of the City
Attorney for transmittal to the respective recipients thereof.
THE POREGOIHG RESOLUTION is approved and siqned by me
