frontages of 447 feet on the southeast side of Serrano Avenue and 725 feet on the
southwest side of Hidden Canyon Road; arid

drainage facilities and hydmlogy of the subject site and the i~~c`• on traffic on

thereon, the applicant submitted a written .rec~iest to the Ci.ty Clerk of the City of
Anaheim that the City Council refer Conditional Use Pesmit No. 1562 and EIR No. 152
back to the P].anni.ng Cannission for reaffixmation follaaing the rec~uised legal time
for the EI32 to be reviewed by the general public; and
