RESOLUTION NO. 7lR- 166
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE
ATCHISON, TOPEKA AND SA1~TA .FE RAILWAY COMPANY,
RELATING TO THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF AN .
OVERHEAD ELECTRIC SUPPLY LINE AT MILE POST
40 + 3592.0 AT ATWOOD.
WHEREAS, the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway
Company has tendered to the City of Anaheim a License Agreement
granting to the City the right to construct, maintain and use
an overhead electric supply line at Mile Post 40 + 3592.0 at
Atwood in the approximate location shown in red on Drawing No.
L-3-31l85 dated January 29, 1971, attached to and made a part
of the agreement hereinabove mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interest of the City of Anaheim to approve said agree-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT RESOLVED by th.e City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and conditions .of a License
Agreement dated February 4, 1971, granting to the City of Anaheim
the right to construct, maintain and use an overhead electric
supply line at Mile Post 40 + 3592.0 at Atwood be, and the same
are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
