A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEl~ THE CITY OF AliAHEIM AND THE
ATCHI.sON, TOPEKA AND SANTA FE RAILWAY COMPANY,
RELATING TO THE PROPOSED INSTALLATION OF AN
OVERHEAD ELECTRIC SUPPLY LINE AT MILE POST
39 + 00.35.4 AT ATWOOD.
WHEREAS I the Atchison, Topeka and Sant.a Fe Railway
Company has tendered to the City of Ananeim a License Agreement
granting to the City the right to construct, maintain and use
an overhead electric supply line at Mile Post 39 + .0035.4 at
Atwood in the approximate location shown in red on Drawing No.
L-3-3l178 dated January 27, 1971, attached to and made a part
of the agreement hereinabove mentioned; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in
the best interest of the City. of Anaheim to approve said agree-
ment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that the terms and condi ti.ons of a License
Agreement dated February 4, 1971, granting to the City of Anaheim
the right to construct, maintain and use. an overhead electric
supply line at Mile Post 39 + 0035.4 at Atwood be, and the same
are hereby approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that. the Mayor and 'the City
Clerk be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anahe.im.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me
this 27th day of April 71.
