That this Conditional Use Pesmit is granteci sub~ect to the canpletion of Reclassification No. 71-72-23, now pendin'~. 2. That sideHralks shall be installed along Heach Boulevarcl as required by the City Engineer and in accordance with standard plans and spec::fications on file i.n the office oi the City II~gineer. 3.
