A RESOLUTION OF TNE ANAH~IM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
TERMIWATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN COPJIVECTION 1•11TH
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1125•
WHEREAS, on September 8, 1969r the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 1125, to establish a convalescent hospital with adJoining
"cottage type" minimum care uniCs, on property located on the south side of Frontera
Street, approximately 2,2b0 feet east of the centertine of Rio Vista Street; and
WHEREAS, on December 22, 1975, the Anaheim City Plan~ing Commission granted
Variance No. 2757~ to construct a 108-unit apartment complex on said property, and
said approval was granted subject to the petitioner's stipulation to terminate
Conditional Use Permit Mo. 1125•
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereb; terminr:te all proceedings in connection with Conditional Use Parmit No. 1125,
as stipu3ated to by the petitioner.
