PC75-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING CGMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS Of CONDITIONAL USE PI:RMIT N0. 1313 WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Planning Commission cn J~ne 26, 1972, 9ranted Conditional Use Permit No. 13~3 in Resolution No. P(;72-135 to sstablish a?2-unit planned residential development witn site development watvers on property consisting of approximately seven (7) acres, located on the north side of Orangethorpe Avenue between Kellogg Drive and Post Lane; and WHEREAS, the applicant has submitted a written request to terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 1313 in accordance with the conditio~ts of approval of Tentative Map of Tract No. 7876 (Revision No. 3) and Variance No. 2658, establishing a 21-lot, 98-unit RM-1200 subdivision and waivin9 the requireinent that vehicuiar access to garages be from an alley only, and, therefore, supeirseding said Conditional Use Permit No. 1313, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plan~in9 Commission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1313 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
