A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNIPIG ~;1MMISSION
RESCINDING RFSOLUTION N0. PC74-2!i2
WNEREAS, at their meeting of December 23, 1974, the Anaheim City Planning
Co^~mission adop:ed Resolution No, PC74-252 oertaining to recommendations for the
regulation of tract signs and, subsequently, it was disci~vered that legal notice
required for public hearings had not been advertised, invalidating said resolution;
and
WHEREAS, public hearing was subsequently rescheduled to the Planning Commission
Meeting of January 20, ~975, and advertised in compliance with legal requirements,
and the Ananeim City Planning Commission at said public hearing did adopt a new
Resolution pertaining to regulation of tract signs, being Resolution No. PC75-16,
NOW, THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby rescind Resolution No. PC74-252 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is siqned and approved by me this 3rd day of February,
1975.
