A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF' THE CITY OF ANANEIM
TERMINATING ALL PROCEE~INGS OF VARIANCE N0. 2295.
WHEREAS, the Anaheim City Pianning Commission on Or.tober 18, 197~, 9ranted
Variance No. 2z95, in part, in Resoiution No. PC71-207 to establish 39 RS-A-43,000
~oned lots with waivers of certain site development standards, on property con-
sisting of a~proximately 39 acres locatad northwest of the future inter,ection of
Avenida de Santiago and Hidden Canyon Road and southerly of Serrano Avenue; and
`~HEREAS, on March 3, 1975, the Planning Gommission considered petition for
Reclassification No. 74-75-Z8 tc rezone subject property to the RS-NS-22,000 Zone
to estabiish a 34-lot subdivision and, subsequently, recortmended approval of said
pztition to the City Council; and
WHEREAS, at said Planning Commission meeting on March 3, 1975, the petitioner
requested to terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2295,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE~OLVED that :he ~naheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedings of Variance No. 2295 on the basis of the fore-
going findings.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 3rd day of March,
