."4.. RESOLUTION OF TIfE CI'l"Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
&~AHEIM lU'ffiNDING RESOLUTION NO. 69R-413 GRANTING
CONDITIONAL USE PEP~IIT NO. 1116.
vmEP~S, the City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
heretofore to wit, on the 15th day of JUly, 1969, adopt
Resolution ~o. 69R-413, granting Conditional Use Permit No.
1116 subject to certain conditions therein set forth; and
vmEREASz the City Council deems it proper and in the
best interests of the City .CO revise Condit:ions 8 and 9, set
forth in said !~~esolut:ion I'Jo. 69R-413, to extend the time limi ta-
tion fram five to fifteen years; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it proper and in the
best interests of the City to amend said Resolution No. 69R-413
by adding the following conditions as recommended by the City
Engineer and the City Attorney:
1. Sidewallcs be cOllstructaa. vIi thin thirty days.
2. Complete dedication or satisfactory arrangements
for a hold h~less, in connection with installation
of side\V'alks at ultimate side\'lalk right-,cf-way.
NOW, THEHEFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of ~laheim that Resolution No. 69R-413 granting Condi-
tional Use Permit 1116 be, and the same is hereby amended by
revising Conditions No. g and 9 of said Resolution to read as
follo\'lS:
,is. 'llhat a fiftcel1 year (1:>) time limit shall be
established for tne proposed travel trailer
park, after whicll time tile use shall be
reviewed for consideration of an additional
period of time or termination without pre-
judice. i;
.. 9. 'I1hat the Ovlner of subject property shall post a
bond with tIle City of .f\.J1aheim to guarantee the
installation of a 6-foot masonry wall along the
\tlesterly boundary of the property, said bond to
be posted prior to final building and zoning
inspection and to remain posted for a period of
fifteen years corresponding witn the t~e limi-
tatior.l. referred to in Condition 8. n
