PC 75-55~ RES!)LUTION N0. RC75-55 ~ A RE50LUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS OF CONDITlONAL USE PERMIT N0. 1018. WHEREAS, on April 8, 1968, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted Conditional Use Permit No. 1018 in Resolution No. PC68-88, to establish a walk-up restaurant in conjunction with an existing amusement facility, with waiver of the maximum number and area of permitted free-standing signs, on property consisting of approximately 0.7 acre located on the west side of Beach Boulevard south of Orange Avenue and further described as 711 South Beach Boulevard; and WHEREAS, on April 17, 1961, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted Conditio~al Use Permit No. 112 in Resolution No. 238, Series 1960-61, per- mitting the establishment of the existing baseball batting cage with automatic pitching machines to the rear of the office buiiding and pool display area on the subject property; and WHERE4S, the applicant has submitted a written request to terminate Conditional Use Permit No. 1018 ir.•asmuch as the restaurant is no longer operating, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commiss~on does hereby terminate all proceedings of Conditional Use Permit No. 1018 on the basis of the foregoing findings. • THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is si9ned and approved by me this 3rd day of March, 1975• ,...
