A P~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MJAHEI1.l l~PIlOVI~JG Al'JD AUTHORIZING THE EXE-
CUTION OF M~ AGREEMENT E~~LOYING TERRY AND
ASSOCIATES TO PERFOID~ CERTAIN ENGINEERING
SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE M~AHEIM HILLS
GOLF CQURSB.
~vHEREAS f the City of l~naheim is in need of engineering
services to design and perform certain engineering functions in
connection witn the Anaheim Hills Golf Course; and
WHEREAS, Terry and Associates are civil and consulting
engineers qualified to perform such engineering services; and
~~EREAS: Terry and Associates have submitted a proposal
for tne performance of certain engineering services under date of
April 7, 1971f signed by L. J. Terry, the terms and conditions
of which proposal, including fees are satisfactory to the City of
l-\naheL'1l i and
~vHEREAS I an agreement lias this day been submitted
to the Citv Council to oe made and entered into between the parties
including the emplo~~1ent of Terry and Associates to perform sa~a
engineering services on tile terms and conditions set forth in the
amount of $18,290.00; and
vlliEREAS, the City Council finds that the terms and
conditions of said agreement are satisfactory and that said agree-
ment should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of &,aheim that the agreement this date submitted to the
City Council to be made and entered into by and between Terry and
Associates to perform said engineering services for the Anaheim
Hills Golf Course upon the terms and conditions therein set forth
for a fee of ;;la,~9(j.OO be, and the same is hereby approved.
