FERMIT NQ. 162 WHEREAS, on September 18, 1961, the Anaheim City Planning Commission grant:e Conditianai Use Pe~•mit No. 162 In Resolution No. 91, to establish a trailer pari~ on property consistin9 of approximately 2.2 acres, having a frontage of approxi• mately 150 feet on the northeast side of Anaheim Boulev~rd, haviny a maximum depth of approximately 51Q feet, and being located approxinately 140 feet north of the centcrline of Katella Avenue; and WH[REAS, on April 14, 1975, a public hearing was held at which Reclaasifica. fon No. 74-75-29 and Variance No. 2689 were granted for deveiopment of a mini-4+areh se facility tn the ML (Industrial, Limited) Zone on the subJect property; and WHEREAS, on April 14, 1975, as a condition to tF~e granting of the iew use ~` the subject property, the petitianer stip~lated to terminating the previously grant:l Conditional Use Permit No. 162.
