PC75-85 0 A RESOI.UTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PLANNING COMMISSION TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS OF VARIANCE N0. 2593 WHEREAS, on April 29, 1g74, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted Variance No. 2593 in Resolution No. PC74-92, for a time limit, of five years subject to renewal by the present owner-occupant, to convert a two-car garage into adc+itional living area, with waiver of the requirement that two parking spaces be provided in a garage, on property having a frontage of approximately 61 feet on the north side of Romneya Drive, a maximum depth of approximately l0U feet, and being located approximately 265 feet east of the centerline of Dresden Place; and WHEREAS, the property owner submitted a letter dated April 4, 1975. requesting termination of Variance No. 2593 and indicating ali requirements had been met to satisfy the Building Department; and WHEREAS, Variance No. 2593 is no longer necessary since the garage which was c~-/erted into additional living quarters has bee~ reconverted i~ito parking spaces for two vehicles, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Cortmission does hereby terminate all proceedings of Varian.e No. 7.593 on the basis of the foregoing findings.
