A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
TERMINAT~NG ALL PROCEEDINGS OF CONDITIONAL USE PEP.t41T N0. 1?04
WHEREAS, on June 2, 1969, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted
Conditional Use Permit No. 1116 in Resolution No. PC69-123, to estabiish a
280-space, travel trailer park on property consisting of approximately 9.3 acres
located on the west side of West Street, approximatcly 660 feet south of Ball Road;
and
WHEREAS~ subsequently, on May l, 1972, the Commission 9ranted Conditional Use
Permit No. 1304 in Resolution No. PC72-83, te permit the expansion of an existing
travel tratler park, to establish a self-service store as an accessory use a~d to
allow permanent storage areas for campers, boats, and trailers, on the subject
property and an adjacent parcel of land; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner submitted a request dated April 10, 1975, to expand the
use granted in Conditional Use Permit No. 1116 and, further, indicated the er.pansion
of the travel trailer park as approved under Conditional Use Permit No, 1304 was no
longer being contemplated; and as a consideration to the granting of said request
for expansion, the petitioner stipulaied to terminating Conditional Use Permit No.
1304 since the plans in connection with said Conditional Use Permit were no longer
bein9 pursued.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does
hereby terminate all proceedinys in connection with Conditional Use Permit No. 1304,
on the basis of the foregoiny findings.
