A RESOLUTION OF THE ANAHEIM CITY PI.ANNING COMMISSION .
AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. Pc75-69• . '
WFIEREAS, on March 31, 1975, the Anaheim City Planning Commission granted
Variance No. 2688 in Resolution No. PC75-69, to establish a transmission and
automobile repair work facility at a service station site, said Variance
being granted for a period of [wo years~ subject to review and subjett to
. ccrtain conditions; and
WHEREAS, the petitioner submitted a request dated April 24, 1975, for
elar:fication of the conditions of approval of Variance No. 2688 and, in
particular, those conditions relating to dedication requirements and payment
of tree fees; and
WHEREAS, following consideration of the request for clarification, the
P~anning Commission determined that Resolution No. PC75-69 should be amended
by deleting Condition Nos. 2 and 3 relating to dedication for street widening.

NOIJ, THEREFORE, BE IT RESO!.VED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission
does hereby amend Resolution tJo. ?C75-69, to delate Condition Nos. 2 and 3
relating to dedicatlon for street widenir.g puraoses and No. 5 relating to
payment of tree fees. and to amend Condition No. 10 to read as follows:
"10. That a•Lime Iimltation of two (2) years shal'1 be granted for
the use of subject propcrty and, upon request by the petitioner,
an additional period of time may be granted upon approval by the
Planning Commission and/or,. City Council."
' THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is signed and approved by me this 28th day of
