FORMULATIIQG THE REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT BETA PRELIMINARY

N'HEREAS, pursuant to the Californie Community Redevelopment Law, the
Preliminary Plan for Redevelopment Project Beta W99 prepared and submitted to
the Anaheim City Planning Commission fo: consideration in the formulai.ion of
said Preliminary~?len; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recoived and reviewed said Prelim-
inary Flan.
NOW, THEREFOR:,, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahaim City' Planning Commission
does hereUy formulate the Redevelopment Projeot Beta Prelimi.nary Plan, as set
forth in E::hibit A and further described in tho Staff Report to the Planning
Commission dated May 2, 1975 (documents on file in the Office of the Planning
Department), said Preliminary Plen '~eing for ~he purpose of studying Redevelop-
w~nt Project Beta to supply transportation corridors to Redevelopment Frojeat
A1pha (downtown area).
THE POREGOINCT RESOLUTION is approved and signed by me this 5th day of
