That the Anaheim City Planning Commission proposes a reclassification of the above-described property, From the COtINTY OF ORAPJfE irJ0-E4-20~000 (SMALL ESTATES) DISTRICT to the CITY OF ANAHEIM RS-HS-22,000(SC) (RESIDEPlTIAL, SINGLf.- FAMILI' HILLSIDE - SCFNIC COR(iIDOP. OVERLAY) ZONE. 2. That the Anahetm General Pl:yn designates sub)ect property for low- density residential uses. 3. That the proposed reclassification of subJact property is ne~ess~ry and/or desirable for the orderly and proper development of tfie community. 4. That the proposed reclassification of subJect property does properly relate to the zones and their permitted uses locally est~blished tn close proximtty to subJect property and to the zones and their permitted uses generally established throughout the community. 5. That no one indicated their presence at said public hearing in opposition; and no correspondence was received in opposition to subJect petition. RESOLUTIOM N0, PC7f-113 h ~ ~ ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That thc Anaheim City Planning Lommission does herehy rec~mmend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the subJect nroject be exem~t from the requirement to prepa~•e an environmental impact report, pursuant to the provisions of the California Enviror,mentai Quaiity Act. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plannin9 Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council e` the City of Anaheim that sub,ject Petition for Reciassificat~on be approved and; by so doing, that Title 1°-Zoning of the Anaheim Muni~ipal Code be am^_nded to exclude the above~described prooerty from the COUNTY OF ORANf,E 100-E~i-20,000 (S11ALL ESTATES) DISTRICT to the CITY ~F A~AHEIM RS-H5~22~OQ0(SC) (RESIDEN7IAL, SIHGLE-FAr11LY NILLSIDF - SCFI~IC CORRIDQR OVERLAY) ZONE~ unconditionally.
