That grading~ excavation, and all other construc*_ion activities shall be conducted in such a manner so as to minimize the possibility of any silt originating from this proJect being carried into the Santa Ana River by storm water or~ginating from or flowtng through this proJect. 4. That the owner(s) of subJect property shall pay appropriate dralnage assessment fees to the City of Anaheim as determined by the City Engineer prior tn issuance of a building permit. $. That fire hydrants shall be installed and ~narged as required and determined to be necessary by the Chief of the fire Department prior to commencement of s*ructural framing. 6. That approprtate water assessment fees as determined by the Director af P,ublic Utilities shall be paid to the City of Anaheim prior to the issuance ~~f a building permit. 7, That the removal of any spectman trees shall be submitted for revieta by the Planning Department and subJect to the regulations pertaining to tree prQServation in the Scenic Corridor Zone Overlay.
