WHEREAS, the Anaheim Lity Planni~g Commission did receive a verifie~i Petition for Conditional Use Permit from MENNEtJ IPlD~JSTRIES~ INC., 42R W, l~th Street, Long Eeach, California ?~313 (Owner); NEIL 14ADIr,A!~, P13 S, Hagnolia Avenue, Anaheim, California 42A05 ~A9ent) of certain real property siCuated in the City of Anaheim, Cou~ty of Qrange, State of California described as: Those portions of Lot 3~t of Tract Plo. 4;57, in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of California, as shown on a map recorded in book t°~, pages !!? anrt 48 of Itiscellaneous Maps, records nf said Qrange County, described as foll~~ts: PAP,CEL 1: Parcel 3 as sho~an on a map recorded in book 47, page 13 nf Parcel tlaps, records of said Orange County. WNEREAS, the City Plann?nct Commission did hold a public hearing at thP City Hall in the City of Hnahelm on June 7, 1~7ti, at 1:3~ P.m., nntice of said publir. hearing having been duly given as required hy la~•i and in accorclance ~aith the provisions of the Anaheim Municipal Cod~, Chapter 1g.Q3, to hear and consider evidence for and against said proposed conditional use an~! to investigate and mal:e fi~dings and recommendations in connection therewitli; and w4EREA5, said Cr,mmission, after due inspection, Investi9ation and study made. by itself and in its ~ehalf, and after due consideration of all evidence and reports offered at said hearing, does find and determine the follaa~ing facts: t. That the proposed use is properly one for ~•~hich a conditional use permit is authorized by Code Seriion 1g.~t4.Q5~.~1~, to a~it: permit on-sale alcoholic beverages in a lodge. 2. That the proposed use is hereby granted for a period of two (2} years, subject to Planning Commission revie~a end consideration for an extensinn of tine, upon written request by the petittoner, said time limitation bein9 to determine whether thP use has been detrimental to the adjacent residential propertie.s hecause of possible increases in traffic and/or noise. 3. That the proposed use, as granted, will not adversely affect the adjoining land uses and the growth and development of the area in ~ohich it is proposed to be located, 4. That the size and shape of the site proposed for the use is ade~uate to allow the full development of the proposed use, as granted, in a manner not detrimental to the particular ~rea nor to the peace, health, safety, and gr.neral welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim, ~.
