That ~'aiver 1-a, abo~de-me:r.tioned, is hereby grantP~i on the hasis of the follov:ing findings: a. That there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or conditions applicable to the property involved or to the intended u<e, as granted, of the property that do noC apply generally to the property or class of use i the same vf~inity and zone. b. That the requested variance, as granted, is necessary far che preservation and enjoyment of a substantial property rtght oossessed by other property in the same vicinity and zone, and denied to the property in question. c. ENVIRONHENTAL IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby recammend to the City Council of the City of Anaheim that the subject project be e:cempt from the requirement to prepare an environmental impact report, pursuant to the provisions of the Caltfornla Environmental Qualtty Act. That this Variance is granted suhJect to the cnmpletion of Reclassification No. 7~-77-1Q~ now pendin9. 2.
