WHEREAS, the City Planninn Commisslon did hold a public hearing at the City Hall i~~ the City of Anaheim on August 3~, 1976, at 1:30 p.m., notice of said puhllc hearing having been duly given as required by law and in accordance wlth the pravisions of the Anaheim Munictpal Code,~ Chapter 18,03, to hear and con~ider evidence for and against said proposed reclassification and to investigate and make findin~s and recommendations in connection therewith; and WHEREAS, said Commission, after due inspection, investigation and study made by itself and in its behalf, and after due consideratton of al! ~vidence and reports offered at sald heartng, does find and determine the foilowing facts: 1. That the prtitioner proposes a reclassification of the above-described property from the RS-A-43,b00 (RESIDEPITIAL/Af,RICULTURAL) ZONE to the CL (COH"1F.RCIAL. LIMITED) ZbNE. 2. That the Anaheim Reneral Plan designaLes subJect property for general commercial uses. 3. That no onr. indicated their ~resence at said puhlic hearing in opposition; and that no correspondence was recetved in opposition to subJect petition. eNVIRONHENTAL 111PACT REPORT FINDIIJG: That the Director of the Planning Oepartmeni has determined that the proposed activity falls within the definition of Section 3.01, Class ~ of the CiCy oT Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirements for an Environme~tal Impact ~Report and is, there.fore, categorically exempt fr~xn the requirement to file an EIR. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City ~f Anaheim that sub)ect Petttton fo~ Reclassificatton 6e approved and, by so doing, that T1Yle 18-Zoning of the Anaheim Municipal Code be amended to exclude the above-described property from the R5-A-43,000 (RESIDENTIAL/AGRICIILTIIRAL) ZONE and to incorporate said descrlbed property into the CL (COMMERCIAL, LINITED) 7.ONE upon the following condition which is hereby found to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed usa of subJect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfare of the Citizens of the City of Anaheim: 1.
