That the proposed use will not adversely affect tiie adJolning land uses and the growth and devalopment of the area in which lt is proposed *.o be located. 3. ENVIRONME~lTAL IMPACT REPQRT FINDINf: That the Directar o€ the PTanning Dcpartment has dete.rmined that the praposed aetivity falls within the definitlon of Section 3,01, Class 1, of the C~ty of Anaheim Guidelines to the Requirer~ents for an Environmental Impact Repcrt a~d is. therefora, categorir.atly exempt from the requirement to file an EIR, ~ NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Planning Cormn!ssion does hereby grant sub}ect Petition for Conditional Use Permit, upon the following conditions which are f~ereby P~und to be a necessary prerequisite to the proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the safety and general welfar~ of tlle Gitiz~ns of the City of Anaheim: t. That subje~t property shall be developed substantlally in accordance with pla~s and specifications on file wtth the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1 through 9, 2. Thae no outdoor automobile reaair work, shall be conducted and there shall be no outdoor storage of vehicles on the subJect property, as stlpulaited to by the petitioner.
