NOW~ THEREFOREo BE iT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Ptanning Comtnlsslon dces hereby recommend to the City Council of the Clty of Anaheim that sub]ect Petitlon for Reclasaificatlon be approved an.d, by so doing, thst Title 18-Zoning of the Anahelm MunicTpal Code be amended to exclude the above-descrlbed property from the RS-A-43,000 (RESIDENT7AL/AGRICULTURAL) ZONE and to incorporate sald descrlbn_d property into the RM-1200 (RESIDENTIAL, HULTIPLE-FAlSIL''f) ZONE upon the following cortditlons whlch are hereby found to be a necessary prsrequisite to the proposed use of subJect property In order to preserve tha safety and generai welfare of the C(tlzen~ of thn City of Anahelm: 1.
