public hearfn9 having bcen duly given as r~equlred by law and in accordance with the
provlslcns of the Anahelm Municipa' Code, C~apter t$,03, to hear and cnnsider
cvidence for anc~ against said proposed variancx and to investtg~te and naake tindings
and recuaunendatlons in connectlon therewith; and
IJNEREAS, sald Commisslon, after due inspection, investigation a7d study made

r,t`i~eted at said hearing, does find and determine the followtng facts:
1. That thc petitloner proposes the following waiver fran the Anahetm
Psunfcipr~l Code, tn establish a 33-tot RS-5000(SC) subdiviston:

appllcahle to the property Invotved or to the lntended use of the property tF.et do
not apply generaily to the property or class of use In the same vicinity and zone.
4, Th~t the requ~sted varlance Is necessary for the preservation and
enJc>ym,nt of e substantial property right possessed by other property in the same
vic~nity and zone, and denled to the property fn question.
5. That the requested varlance wtll not be miterially detrimental to the
pubilc ~+elfare or inJurlous to the property ar improvements in such vicinlty and zone

NOW~ THERE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anahelm City Planning Commisston
does hereby grant subJect Petitian for Variance, upon the following conditions which
are hereby fou~d to be a necessary prerequTslte to the proposed use of the sub)ect
property in order to preserve the safety and general we11'arc of thc Citizens of the
City of Anahelm:
1. That this Vartance Is granted subJect to the eompletlon of
Reclessificatiort No. 71-72-44~ now pending.
2. That aubJect property shail be deveiopad substantlally in accordance
with plans and epeciflcatians on Plle with the City af Anaheim marked ExhibTt Nos. 1
through 5.
