IMPACT REPORT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning Commisslon does hereby recommend to the City Council of thA City of Anaheim Lhat a Negative Declaration from the requlrement to prepare an environmental impact report be approved far the subJect proJect, pursuant to the provislons of the California Environmental Quality Act. That fire hydrants shall be installed and charged as required and deterrtiin~d to be nr.cessary by the Chief of the Fire Department prior to commencment of structural framing. 3.
