Hall in the City of Anahelm on September 27, 1976, at 1:30 ~.m., notlce of satd
publlc hearing havlr,g been duly glven as required by law and in accordance with tha
provisior~s of the Anaheim MunlcipEl Code, Chapter 1A.03, to hear and consi6er
evldence for and against said propased conditional use and to investigate and maice
findtngs and recommendatlons in connectlon therewith; and
WHEREAS, said Commisslon, after due inspectlon, investigation and study made
by itsell` and In its behalf, and a~'ter due conslderatlon o` ail evidence and reports
offered ~~t said hearing, daes flnd and determine the 4ollowing fac~s:
1. That the proposed use is properly one for ~which a conditional use
permft f~; autharized by Code Scction 1£i.44,050.17~, to wit: permit a three°story
hospital aclditlon in the CO (COMMF.RCIAL, Or"FICE) and CL (COMMERCIAL, LIMITED) ZONES.
2. 7hat the proposcd use will not adversely afPect the ad]oining land uses
and the ~3rowth and development of the area in which It ls proposed to be located,
3. 7hat thE size and shape ~f t;;e site proposed for t~he use is adequate to
allow the full development of the proposed use in a manner nat detrimental to the

particular area nor to the peace, health~ safety~ and ganeral wel4are of the Citizens
of the City of Anahalm.
~~, That the granting of the Conditlonal Use Permit under the condltions
£mposed will not be detrimental to the peace, health, safety and general welfare o`
the Citizens of the City of Anahelm.
5. That no one indicated their presence at said publlc hearing in
oppositlon; and that no correspondence was received in oppositlon to subJect
petitlon. ~
ENVIRONMENTAL IMP~CT REPORT FINDING: That the Anaheim City Planning
Commlssion does hereby recommend to the City Council of the City of Anahelm Yhat a
Negatlve Declaration from the requirement to prepare an envlronmental impact report
be approved for the subJect proJect, pursuant to the provislons of the Californla
Environmental Quality Act.
PIOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVEU that the Anshetm Clty Planning Commission
does hereby grant subJect Petitlon for Condittonal Use Permit~ upon the following
condttions which are hereby found to be a necessary prerequlsite to the proposed use
of the subJect property tn order ta preserve the safety and general welPare of the
Cttizens of the City of Anaheim:
1. 7hat fire hyArants shall be installed and charged as requlred and
determinecf to be necessary by the Chief or the Fire Department prior to commencement
of structural framing.
2. That trash storage areas shall be provided in accordance with approved
plans on file with the Office of the Director of Public Works.
3. That subJect property shall be developed substantially in accordance
wlth ptans and specifications on flle wi~h the City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos. 1
through 4.
~F. 7hat Condition Nos. 2 and 3, above-mentloned, sha!1 be comp;!ted with
prior to ffnal building and zoning inspectlons.
