State of Catifor~ia, being a portlon of the northeast quarter of Sectian 23. NQW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Anaheim City Plannfng CaTUnisston dces hereby grant subJect Petitlon For Variance, upon the following condltions whlch are hereby found to be a necessary prerequislte to the proposed use of the subJect property in order to preserve the safety and generat w~lfare of the Citizens of the City of Anahelm: 1. That appropriate water assessment fees as determined by the Director of Pubiic Utillties shall be paid to the City of anaheim prior to the issuance of a buTldtng permit. 2, That the awner(s) of sub]ect property shall pay to Che CTty of Anahetm Che sum of S2.00 per front foot along State College Boutevard, Cerritos Avenue~ and Vernon Street for street llghting purposes~ prior to the commencement of the activity authorized under this resolution, or prlor to the tlme that the bullding permTt is Issued~ or within a period of one year from date hereo4, wh!chever occurs first, or such further time as the P1annTng CommissTon and/or Ctty Councll may grant. 3. That subJect property shall be developed substantially in accardance with plans and speciflcatlons on file wtth the CTty of Anahalm marked Exhlbit Nos. 1 and 2, prlor to final buildir.g and aoning Inspections. 4. That this varlance shall be granted for the exlsting use and current ownership of the subJect property and shall become null and vold when said use and/or ownership changes. 5. That the proposed chainli~k fence shall be relocated In accordance wiCh Code standards at such time as the existing use or ownerhsip of subJect property changes. 6. That no trallers sfiall be parked wfthln the front setback area, except on weakends, and that adequate employee parking shall be malnta~ned for the property during normal business hour~, as stipulated to by the petitloner.
